Acompañamiento familiar y desempeño escolar de estudiantes de básica primaria de la I.E. Las Cruces en Lorica (Córdoba)La problemática encontrada en los padres de familia de los estudiantes de grado 1°, de básica primaria, de la I.E. Las Cruces, del municipio de Lorica (Córdoba), referida a las debilidades en el acompañamiento escolar que estos realizaban a sus hijos/hijas, estudiantes de este plantel educativo, propició el surgimiento de este trabajo de investigación y, por ende, el diseño de la propuesta pedagógica UNIDOS HACIA EL ÉXITO: “Una oportunidad para el apoyo educativo familiar”, cuyo objetivo principal fue Diseñar un Programa Pedagógico de Familias como estrategia pedagógica institucional de acompañamiento familiar en el aula y fortalecimiento académico de los estudiantes. Este trabajo fue posible a partir de la realización de una investigación con paradigma interpretativo o comprensivo, de enfoque cualitativo, modalidad proyectiva; el método usado fue el de investigación-acción participativa (IAP), tomando como técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información la observación participante, la revisión documental, el cuestionario, la entrevista informal y el diario de campo los cuales fueron aplicados a 15 padres y madres de familia, 12 docentes de básica primaria y 5 directivos, procurando mantener la respectiva validez y confiabilidad, a partir de la auditabilidad o confirmabilidad. Los resultados obtenidos fueron analizados a través de estadística descriptiva que permitió mostrarlos a través de cuadros de porcentaje y promedio, así como en gráficos de barras, de los cuales se logró concluir que existía una sería necesidad de institucionalizar un programa de atención o formación de padres de familia, en relación con temas de acompañamiento familiar, o apoyo escolar, de tal manera que lograran afianzar las relaciones entre padres de familia y escuela, e impactara en el rendimiento de los educandos, así como en sus niveles de autoestima.

The problem found in the parents of the students of grade 1, of elementary school, of the I.E. Las Cruces, from the municipality of Lorica (Córdoba), referred to the weaknesses in the school accompaniment that they carried out to their sons / daughters, students of this educational establishment, led to the emergence of this research work and, therefore, the design of the pedagogical proposal UNITED TOWARDS SUCCESS: "An opportunity for family educational support", the main objective of Designing a Family Pedagogical Program as an institutional pedagogical strategy for family support in the classroom and academic strengthening of students. This work was possible from the realization of an investigation whose paradigm was interpretive or comprehensive, with a qualitative approach, projective modality, whose method used was the participatory action research (PAR), taking information gathering techniques and instruments as participant observation, the documentary review, the questionnaire, the informal interview and the field diary which were applied to 15 parents, 12 elementary school teachers and 5 directors, trying to maintain the respective validity and reliability, based on auditability or confirmability. The results obtained were analyzed through descriptive statistics that allowed them to be shown through percentage and average tables, as well as bar graphs, from which it was possible to conclude that there was a serious need to institutionalize a care or training program for parents of family, in relation to issues of family support, or school support, in such a way that they will be able to strengthen the relationships between parents and the school, and impact on the performance of the students, as well as on their levels of self-esteem.
