dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación titulada “Aportes del Sistema Penal Acusatorio al Proceso Investigativo en el Departamento de Asuntos Internos del Servicio Nacional Aeronaval de Panamá”, cuyo objetivo general fue diseñar un plan de implementación del SPA para el proceso de investigación interna en el DAI Internos del SNAN, para el logro de este objetivo se realizó una investigación tipo cualitativa, lo cual involucra la aplicación de métodos cualitativos; de igual manera estuvo enmarcada en el tipo descriptivo y transversal, no experimental. La población y muestra estuvo enmarcada por 30 trabajadores del Departamento de Asuntos Internos del SENAN, los cuales fueron participes del estudio. Como resultado se encontró que un 50% indico que si a la implementación del SPA para el proceso de investigación en el DAI del SENAN, un 40% manifestó que si creía que la actuación profesional y responsable de los investigadores del DAI, depende la fortaleza del proceso de investigación. El 37% indico que no consideraban que la rotación del personal sin ejecutar un incremento de la cantidad de personal es un hecho que afecta el rol dentro del departamento. A su vez, un 70% del personal entrevistado indico que si veían la necesidad de evaluar la gestión con el propósito de fortalecer el DAI del SENAN, un 47% indico que no creía que proceso investigativo del DAI presenta facetas que lo ubican como un sistema que debe ser renovado. Un 60% si se cree de importancia que el DAI trabaje en apego al SPA, para evitar vacíos en las investigaciones internas del SENAN. Concluyendo que si se aplica el Sistema Penal Acusatorio, en el proceso de investigación en términos generales se encauzará en la estructura de las faltas disciplinarias en el Servicio Nacional Aeronaval y sus respectivas consecuencias.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present investigation entitled "Contributions of the Accusatory Criminal System to the Investigative Process in the Department of Internal Affairs of the National Aeronaval Service of Panama", whose general objective was to design an implementation plan of the SPA for the internal investigation process in the DAI Internal of the SNAN To achieve this objective, a qualitative type investigation was carried out, which involves the application of qualitative methods; in the same way, it was framed in the descriptive and transversal type, not experimental. The population and sample were framed by 30 workers from SENAN's Department of Internal Affairs, who were participants in the study. As a result, it was found that 50% indicated that if the implementation of the SPA for the research process in the SENAN DAI, 40% stated that if they believed that the professional and responsible performance of the DAI researchers depends on the strength of the Investigation process. 37% indicated that they did not consider that staff turnover without executing an increase in the number of staff is a fact that affects the role within the department. In turn, 70% of the personnel interviewed indicated that if they saw the need to evaluate the management in order to strengthen the DAI of SENAN, 47% indicated that they did not believe that the investigative process of the DAI presents facets that place it as a system it must be renewed. 60% if it is believed that it is important for the DAI to work in accordance with the SPA, to avoid gaps in SENAN's internal investigations. Concluding that if the Accusatory Penal System is applied, in general terms the investigation process will be channeled into the structure of disciplinary offenses in the National Aeronaval Service and their respective consequences.	spa
