Los materiales y métodos utilizados fueron revistas bibliográficas certificadas, artículos científicos gracias al internet. Se dio a conocer como uno de los resultados que los pacientes amputados a nivel transtibial tienen mejores pronósticos que otro tipo de amputaciones. El vendaje compresivo le da protección al muñón al tiempo que colabora en la reducción de su tamaño al facilitar la disminución del edema causado por la amputación.This scientific article aimed to learn about the compressive bandage in amputated patients at the transtibial level. The materials and methods used were certified bibliographic journals, scientific articles thanks to the internet. It was announced as one of the results that amputated patients at the transtibial level have a better prognosis than other types of amputations.
