Es así como, bajo esta premisa se estableció el problema de investigación, en donde se dan a conocer los aspectos más importantes sobre los factores de riesgos: físicos, químicos, biológicos y mecánicos que afectan en gran medida a los trabajadores de este importante sector. El objetivo del estudio fue conocer los protocolos aplicados por la industria minera en cuanto a las principales actividades generadoras de peligro como son: exploración, transporte y perforación y las medidas implementadas para la mitigación de las posibles afectaciones. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que las empresas mineras aplican protocolos en la realización de sus actividades lo que ayuda a minimizar la exposición del trabajador minero a factores de riesgo.This research work consisted of knowing the hygiene, health and industrial safety protocols applied by the mining industries in carrying out activities to mitigate the risks to which workers are exposed. This is how, under this premise, the research problem was established, where the most important aspects of risk factors are disclosed: physical, chemical, biological and mechanical that greatly affect workers in this important sector. The objective of the study was to know the protocols applied by the mining industry regarding the main activities that generate danger, such as: exploration, transportation and drilling and the measures implemented to mitigate the possible effects.
