Se basó teóricamente en autores como Guillo (2014) quien considera que “el organigrama hace posible establecer orden y disciplina en el funcionamiento de la empresa; las áreas fundamentales quedan perfectamente definidas y atendidas, conociendo quién es el responsable de la ejecución de cada tarea o área. El organigrama permite definir perfectamente el funcionamiento y los roles dentro de la organización, por lo tanto, no se generan disfunciones y exceso de costes, produciendo así un ahorro de costes”. El paradigma de investigación de base fue el interpretativo, ya que es empleado para investigaciones de carácter cualitativo o mixto, El enfoque de esta investigación es de carácter mixto y el método que se utilizó fue el de estudio de caso, las técnicas para su ejecución a emplear fueron la observación directa y entrevistas (estructuradas y no estructuradas), de esta forma se recolectó la información que fue de gran ayuda para la correcta evaluación de la estructura organizacional y funcional de la Caja de compensación familiar de Córdoba. En relación al tipo de investigación que se utilizó como fundamento de esta investigación, fue la tipo descriptivo aplicativo, ya que se pretendía establecer a través de un estudio de caso la situación organizacional por la que atravesaba la caja de compensación familiar de córdoba.The main objective of the research "Evaluation of the organizational and functional structure of the Córdoba Family Compensation Fund in the municipality of Monteria, Córdoba department", was to evaluate the organizational and functional structure of the Córdoba Family Compensation Fund, with the In order to establish improvements in the performance of its operations and / or activities in favor of greater productivity.
