Se investigó sobre los procesos, métodos y teorías que se deben tener en cuenta a la hora de desempañarse como Líder. Se utilizó el apoyo de páginas web y libros de textos para redactar y de igual forma ampliar nuestro conocimiento. Se hizo énfasis en el tema de las teorías, en el cual se destacó la teoría de contingencia o de crisis, teoría que resultó ser la base fundamental de la investigación. Se finalizó con las claves para potenciar, motivar y generar un impacto positivo tanto en los líderes como en la sociedad, ayudando a mantener una visión y un enfoque claro en tiempos difíciles.Abstract This Article was developed based on leadership in times of crisis, its applicability and importance in personal and business life. The processes, methods and theories that must be taken into account when performing as a Leader were investigated. The support of web pages and textbooks was used to write and in the same way expand our knowledge. Emphasis was placed on the theme of theories, in which the theory of contingency or crisis was highlighted, a theory that turned out to be the fundamental basis of the investigation.
