Sin embargo, el Estado de Derecho es el resultado de una doctrina económica, quiere decir, el liberalismo y representa el triunfo de la Burguesía frente al absolutismo, se considera una conquista histórica irreversible. Las normas relativas a la organización fundamental del Estado reciben el nombre de constitución, la cual está compuesta por las reglas jurídicas que determinan los órganos supremos de este, su modo de creación sus relaciones reciprocas, su competencia y su posición de cada uno en relación con el poder del estado.The rule of law is the state subject to law, that is, the state whose power and activity are regulated and controlled by law.
