El elemento de acción más importante impulsado por la institución fue La Biblioteca del Campesino, cuyo objetivo radicaba en entregar libros pertinentes al público rural que afianzaran, como en un proceso evolutivo, los aportes de los demás medios de acción y así solucionar las necesidades de información e ilustración del pueblo rural, después de haber pasado por el proceso de la alfabetización. Este artículo pretende evidenciar la necesidad de la memoria para vislumbrar el futuro, por lo que recuerda la historia de las Escuelas Radiofónicas, define la biblioteca del campesino, ahonda en su estructura y resume los temas tratados en las colecciones y los diferentes libros que las componían.This article attempts to delve into the support of Popular Cultural Action (ACPO) for the Comprehensive Fundamental Education (EFI) of Colombian and Latin American peasants through social media and the combination of different elements of action.
