Cómo es el caso de la artritis reumatoide (AR) en la cual se ven afectadas las manos y los pies del paciente, en el que presentan rigidez articular, articulaciones sensibles, calientes e inflamadas. La AR inicia afectando a las articulaciones más pequeñas especialmente a las que unen a los dedos con la mano. Con El Paso del tiempo puede provocar que las articulaciones se deformen y se salgan de lugar. Lo que buscamos en esta revisión bibliográfica es incrementar la investigación y tener evidencia científica de los ejercicios y tratamientos que nos ayudan a la recuperación de estos pacientes, buscamos obtener un resultado positivo en las terapias, para saber abordar a los pacientes con AR de forma individualizada, buscando un tratamiento eficaz, para mejorar su calidad de vida.Over the years it has been possible to appreciate the results and benefits that physiotherapy brings to patients suffering from different pathologies in which the upper and lower limbs are affected, in addition to osteopathic-muscular problems. Such is the case of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in which the patient’s hands and feet are affected, presenting joint stiffness, tender, hot and swollen joints. RA begins by affecting the smaller joints, especially those that join the fingers to the hand. Over time it can cause the joints to become deformed and out of place.
