dc.description.abstract	La esencia de esta investigación se fundamenta en el papel protagónico que tiene el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en el campo educativo, modificando los patrones de acceso al conocimiento y de interacción interpersonal. Progresivamente, se han ido incorporando en los diseños curriculares de todos los niveles de la enseñanza formal y no formal. Las herramientas y plataformas tecnológicas se han convertido en espacios de formación tanto para docentes como para estudiantes, que visualizan la influencia en el nuevo modelo educativo del pensamiento que las TIC son ayudas didácticas y constituyen un verdadero objeto de conocimiento. Las diferentes concepciones sobre la realidad y las consecuencias que la tecnología produce y producirá en el desarrollo de las ciencias y en el fortalecimiento del trabajo interdisciplinario y multidisciplinario, permiten ver que el mundo se está transformando rápidamente y con él todas las actividades humanas. La rapidez con que se producen algunos de estos cambios que se dan a todo nivel, tanto en la esfera científica como tecnológica, educativa, política y hasta moral, impacta y obliga a implementarlas en el entorno de enseñanza aprendizaje. dc.description.abstractenglish	The essence of this investigation is based in the protagonistic paper that has the use of the new technologies of the information and the communication in the educational field, modifying the access patterns to the knowledge and of interpersonal interaction. Progressively, they have left incorporating in the curricular designs of all the levels of the formal and not formal teaching. The tools and technological platforms have become formation spaces so much for educational as for students that visualize the influence in the new educational model of the thought that the TIC is didactic helps and they constitute a true object of knowledge. The different conceptions on the reality and the consequences that the technology takes place and will take place in the development of the sciences and in the invigoration of the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary work, they allow to see that the world is transforming quickly and with him all the human activities. The speed with which they take place some of these changes that are given at all level, so much in the scientific sphere as technological, educational, politics and until moral, it impacts us and forces us to implement them in our environment of teaching learning.
